Ann is a Founding Partner of Bailey Fisher and the driving force behind Women 4 Technology, a networking forum for over 500 international female entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders in technology and life sciences. In recognition of her extensive business network, Ann was chosen as one of the 25 Most Influential Business People in the Cambridge Technology Cluster. Ann is instrumental in building relationships with spin-out companies from business incubators and universities across the UK, as well as venture capital funds and professional advisors. Ann trained with a Top 10 Manchester accountancy firm, before moving into the commercial sector as Head of Finance with an early-stage technology company in London. She founded her first recruitment company at the age of 27, building to a successful exit within 5 years.
Maximilian Ge is the Cambridge Project Manager for SVC2UK. He has been an active member of the Cambridge entrepreneurial ecosystem for over ten years working at the University of Cambridge Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Cambridge Judge Business School, Computer Laboratory, Engineering Department and Institute for Manufacturing. With a background in maths and computer science and experience working on tech startups, he is also active as Chair of CUTEC – Cambridge University Technology and Enterprise Club, adviser of CUE – Cambridge University Entrepreneurs, Trustee and Chair of Hack Cambridge Foundation and adviser of WEF Global Shapers Cambridge Hub. Previously, he worked in Executive Management and Defence Investment at NATO HQ, media and telecommunication policy at the European Parliament and mathematical modelling at Fraunhofer Society.
